Tesoro Tamarindo Cocktail
This deeply delicious and savory combination of tamarind, ginger, and citrus builds on El Tesoro® Reposado's rich spice and oak characteristics to create a refreshing and transformative cocktail.

El Tesoro® Reposado Tequila
- parts tamarind syrup*
- 0.5 fresh lime juice
- Orange slices
- slices of ginger, peeled
- Garnish: Candied ginger
- Spice rim: salt, ancho chili, Mexican cane sugar
HOW TO CRAFT
Tamarind Syrup Recipe*:
2 parts water, 1 part tamarind concentrate, 1 part sugar.
- Bring water to a boil in small saucepan
- Remove from heat and add sugar & tamarind.
- Stir until fully dissolved.
- Let cool.
STEP 1
Gently muddle orange, ginger, & limes in shaker.
STEP 2
Add El Tesoro® Reposado, tamarind syrup, and ice.
STEP 3
Shake 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
STEP 4
Strain into a glass.
