Sangrita mix*

HOW TO CRAFT

Sangrita Mix Recipe*:
80 grams (3oz) fresh mango, cubed, 4 oz fresh grapefruit, juice, 4 oz fresh pineapple juice, 2 oz fresh lime juice, 2 oz pomegranate syrup** [1 part pomegranate juice (POM™ brand works well), 2 parts cane sugar], 0.5 grams fresh tarragon, picked ½ tsp ancho chili, powder ½ tsp salt, ½ - 1 whole serrano pepper, seeded (optional to taste) 

Pomegranate Syrup Recipe**:

Warm pomegranate juice over low heat.
Gradually stir in sugar until fully deserved. Do not boil.

STEP 1

Add all sangrita ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

STEP 2

Pour into a small glass and serve beside a neat glass of El Tesoro™ Blanco Tequila.
