A refreshing take on a classic, the Passion Paloma mixes passion fruit purée, grapefruit soda, El Tesoro® Blanco and a splash of lime juice for a complex tasting cocktail that is simple to make and enjoy.

What you need

2 El Tesoro® Blanco Tequila
0.5 fresh lime juice
0.5 passionfruit puree
A pinch of salt
Grapefruit soda
Garnish: grapefruit
Spice rim: ground sea salt, ancho chilies, and Demerara sugar

HOW TO CRAFT

STEP 1

Mix salt, ancho chili and sugar to create a spice mix.

STEP 2

Use a lime wedge to lightly moisten half of your glass rim and gently roll one side of your glass in the mixture.

STEP 3

Fill the highball glass with ice, add fresh lime juice, a pinch of salt, El Tesoro® Blanco or Reposado tequila and passionfruit puree.

STEP 4

Stir until chilled.

STEP 5

Top with grapefruit soda.

Step 6

Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
